The rules and guidelines that govern your use of the Agntable platform and services.

// 1. agreement

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and TeraDB Cloud FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Agntable", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Agntable platform available at app.agntable.com and all related services.

By creating an account, deploying a service, or otherwise using the Agntable platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agntable. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Platform Description

Agntable is a managed hosting platform for open-source AI agents and tools. We provide the infrastructure to deploy, run, and manage instances of third-party open-source software including but not limited to n8n, OpenClaw, Open WebUI, Dify, Langflow, LobeChat, Flowise, AnythingLLM, and Activepieces.

Each deployed instance ("Service") runs in an isolated Kubernetes namespace with dedicated compute resources, persistent storage, TLS encryption, and automated backups. Services are accessible at a subdomain of agntable.cloud (e.g., yourname.eu.agntable.cloud).

We do not develop or maintain the open-source software itself. We host and manage the infrastructure on which it runs. The functionality, limitations, and licensing of each tool are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

// 3. accounts

Your Account

You may create an account using an email and password or by authenticating through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any two-factor authentication secrets.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mail.agntable.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts through automated means, share your account with others, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or enforcement actions.

// 4. billing

Plans, Pricing & Billing

Agntable offers three hosting plans: Starter ($9.99/month), Pro ($24.99/month), and Business ($49.99/month). Each plan provides specific compute, memory, and storage limits as described on our Pricing page. Additional storage beyond your plan's allocation is billed at $0.50 per GiB per month.

Billing is usage-based and calculated hourly. You are charged for each hour (or partial hour) that a service exists in a running or stopped state. Monthly charges are capped at the advertised plan price. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. You agree to Polar's terms of service for payment processing.

A valid payment method is required to deploy services. If your payment method is removed or becomes invalid, your running services will be stopped. If no valid payment method is restored within 7 days, your services may be permanently deleted.

If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your services will be suspended. Suspended services that remain unresolved for 30 days may be permanently deleted along with all associated data.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next billing cycle after the notice period.

Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@mail.agntable.com for a full refund. Details are available on our Money-Back Guarantee page.

The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals, re-subscriptions by users who have previously received a refund, or accounts terminated for violating these Terms. Refund requests after the 7-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Upon refund, your subscription is cancelled immediately, all deployed services are deactivated, and your data is deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise.

// 6. acceptable use

Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Agntable services for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or to violate the rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software through your deployed services
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, or other resource-abuse activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' services, our infrastructure, or any connected systems
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party
  • Exceed your plan's resource limits through circumvention or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
  • Resell or redistribute Agntable services without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy without notice or refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement if required by applicable law.

// 7. data

Data, Backups & Deletion

You retain ownership of all data you store in your deployed services ("Customer Data"). We do not access, use, or share your Customer Data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Automated backups are created for running services based on your support plan. Backup retention periods are: Basic (3 days), Professional (14 days), and Enterprise (28 days). You may also create manual backups at any time.

When you delete a service, all associated data is permanently removed from our infrastructure, including all persistent storage, configuration, secrets, and backup snapshots. This action is irreversible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data you cannot afford to lose. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee against data loss due to hardware failure, software bugs, or events beyond our control.

// 8. availability

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for all services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may experience brief interruptions during maintenance, updates, or backup operations. Certain service types require a temporary scale-down during automated backup creation.

Platform status is available at status.agntable.com. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of planned maintenance in advance.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, upstream provider failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

// 9. intellectual property

Intellectual Property

The Agntable platform, including its design, branding, code, and documentation, is owned by TeraDB Cloud FZCO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

The open-source tools available through Agntable are the property of their respective owners and are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Agntable does not claim ownership of these tools. Your use of each tool is also subject to its open-source license terms.

You retain all intellectual property rights to Customer Data you upload, create, or store through your deployed services.

// 10. liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agntable and TeraDB Cloud FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Agntable in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

// 11. termination

Termination

You may stop using Agntable at any time by deleting your services. Billing stops once all services are deleted or stopped. Your account remains active unless you request its closure.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive with no active services for an extended period.

Upon termination, all your services will be deleted and all associated data permanently removed. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to liability limitations, intellectual property, and governing law) shall survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will always display the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

// 13. governing law

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@mail.agntable.com.
