Who We Are
Agntable is operated by TeraDB Cloud FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We provide a managed hosting platform for open-source AI agents at app.agntable.com.

Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text)
- OAuth provider and user ID (if you sign in via Google or GitHub)
- Two-factor authentication secret (if you enable 2FA)
Billing Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We store a reference ID linking your account to your Polar customer profile, and we record timestamps of when payment methods are added or removed.
Service & Usage Data
When you deploy and use services, we collect:
- Service configuration (name, plan, region, service type)
- Usage metrics for billing (compute hours per service per hour)
- Infrastructure metrics (CPU, memory, network, and storage usage) for monitoring and display in your dashboard
- Service status and lifecycle events
Contact Form Submissions
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, company name (optional), phone number (optional), inquiry type, and message. This information is sent to our customer support system to manage your inquiry.
Automatically Collected Data
When you visit agntable.com, we automatically collect:
- Analytics data (page views, interactions, approximate location, device and browser type) via cookies and similar technologies
- Chat widget data (pages visited, interaction timestamps) if you interact with our live chat support
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Agntable platform and your deployed services
- Process billing and payments through our Merchant of Record
- Send transactional emails (service status changes, billing notifications, password resets, payment warnings)
- Monitor infrastructure health and display metrics in your dashboard
- Respond to support inquiries and provide customer assistance
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Diagnose technical issues and improve platform reliability
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your Customer Data.

Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform its function.
Payment Processing
Our payment processor receives your email, name, and billing details to process payments and manage subscriptions. They act as our Merchant of Record and handle all payment card data directly — we never store your card details on our servers.
Customer Support
Our support platform receives contact form data (name, email, company, message) and live chat interactions to manage support conversations. The chat widget on our website may set its own cookies.
Website Analytics
We use analytics tools on our marketing website (agntable.com) to collect anonymized browsing data including page views, interactions, device information, and approximate geographic location. Analytics do not track activity within the app dashboard.
Authentication Providers
If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your email address and profile name from these providers to create or link your account. We do not receive or store your Google or GitHub password.
Email Communications
We use a third-party email service to deliver transactional emails (billing notifications, service alerts, password resets). Only your email address is shared with this provider.
Customer Data in Your Services
Your deployed AI agent instances may store their own data (workflows, conversations, documents, API keys, configurations). This "Customer Data" is stored on encrypted persistent volumes within your isolated Kubernetes namespace.
We do not access, read, or analyze your Customer Data. We interact with it only to provide the service: creating storage volumes, performing automated backups, and deleting data when you delete a service.
Customer Data is stored in the region you selected during deployment (EU or US). We do not transfer Customer Data between regions unless you explicitly request it.

Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All connections are encrypted with TLS (HTTPS enforced across the platform)
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- Each service runs in an isolated Kubernetes namespace with network policies restricting cross-service communication
- Application secrets and credentials are stored in encrypted Rails credentials, not in plain-text configuration files
- Sensitive parameters (passwords, tokens, keys) are automatically filtered from application logs before they reach error tracking services
- Webhook signatures are cryptographically verified for all incoming payment and email events
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available for additional account security
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
Cookies & Tracking
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies — Session cookies required to keep you signed in to app.agntable.com. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Used on agntable.com to understand how visitors use our marketing site. These do not track you inside the app dashboard.
- Third-party cookies — Our live chat widget may set its own cookies to provide support functionality.
You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform.

Data Retention
Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Contact us to request account deletion.
Service data: Permanently deleted when you delete a service, including all persistent storage, configuration, secrets, and backup snapshots. This deletion is irreversible.
Backup snapshots: Automatically deleted based on your support plan retention period (Basic: 3 days, Professional: 14 days, Enterprise: 28 days).
Billing records: Usage events and billing data are retained for the duration of your account for invoicing and dispute resolution purposes.
Support conversations: Retained in our support platform for as long as needed to provide ongoing support and improve our services.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mail.agntable.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may require identity verification before processing your request.

International Data Transfers
Agntable is operated from the United Arab Emirates. Your Customer Data is stored in the deployment region you choose: EU (Germany) or US (United States).
Account data and billing records may be processed in the UAE and through third-party services based in other jurisdictions (including the US). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
Our third-party service providers maintain their own data protection practices. We select providers that implement appropriate security measures.
Children's Privacy
Agntable is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@mail.agntable.com and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
