## How It Works

1. Browse the AI agent catalog and choose a tool
2. Pick a plan (Starter, Pro, or Business)
3. Name your instance and select a deployment region (EU or US)
4. Click deploy — your service is live at {name}.{region}.agntable.cloud within 3 minutes
5. Manage via the dashboard at app.agntable.com

Each service gets:
- Dedicated compute resources (CPU, RAM, storage)
- TLS/SSL encryption (wildcard certificate)
- Automated daily backups
- Real-time monitoring (CPU, memory, network, storage)
- Isolated Kubernetes namespace with network policies
- Persistent storage on distributed filesystem

## Infrastructure

- **Orchestration**: Kubernetes (RKE2 clusters)
- **Storage**: JuiceFS distributed filesystem on S3-compatible storage
- **Networking**: Traefik ingress with TLS termination, Cilium CNI with network policies
- **Monitoring**: Prometheus metrics (CPU, memory, network I/O, storage, pod readiness)
- **Backups**: Kubernetes VolumeSnapshots, automated hourly for running services
- **Isolation**: Each service runs in its own namespace with resource quotas and network policies

## Billing Details

- **Payment processor**: Polar.sh (Merchant of Record)
- **Billing model**: Usage-based, billed hourly, capped at monthly plan price
- **Payment methods**: Managed through Polar.sh checkout
- **Grace period**: 7 days for failed payments before service suspension
- **Suspension cleanup**: 30 days after suspension, services may be permanently deleted
- **7-days Free Trial**: Start your trial with full access. Cancel anytime within 7 days of first subscription.

## Authentication

- Email + password (minimum 12 characters with complexity requirements)
- Google OAuth2 (email and profile scope)
- GitHub OAuth2 (email scope)
- Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP)

## Data Handling

- Customer Data stored on encrypted persistent volumes in the selected deployment region
- Service deletion permanently removes all data (storage, config, secrets, backups)
- Backup retention: 3 days (Basic), 14 days (Professional), 28 days (Enterprise)
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt, sensitive parameters filtered from logs
- No access to Customer Data except to provide the service
